How to buy property abroad.

raja petraDo you? Nor do I, but Raja Petra does.

I can hear you saying: when the bail is way too high, you have no choice than to go to jail.

That’s true, but in Raja Petra’s case, the bail is RM5000 only or about 1700$.

Worse come to worse you use the new platinum credit cards banks send you daily in Malaysia for free and bust it.

But Raja Petra prefers to sit in jail until his hearing in October this year. Is it that he feels that he will be convicted anyway, so let’s sit it out at least not being convicted.

So what did he do wrong to get in jail in the first place?

Well, he said something
on his website
that somebody else didn’t like.

Now that doesn’t get you in jail in Europe, unless the person you are talking about is the king of the country, then the matter becomes more sensitive.

So be warned when you are a blogger living in Malaysia: don’t step on anybodies toes…
