According to Badawi: the latest SAPP jump in no more supporting him is to be explained as follows:
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi says Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) President Datuk Yong Teck Lee’s latest action has been due to the fact that ‘I have not been able to satisfy his personal greed.’
We all know the basics of life:
- Money talks
- No such thing as a free lunch
Now if you still thing that politicians are only there for the benefits of the rakyak… Read again our post how 70 ministers and deputies are nicely enjoying 20Billion on entertainment allowances
alone… With that amount of allowances, who wouldn’t be happy sitting in Parliament helping the people?
So when these people are in for the money, then how much you need to pay to have them jump from one party to the other?
No such things as a free lunch
But the most important question is: who you need to pay back:
- does the politician sell himself to Malaysia or
- do the politician sell himself to a foreign country?
It’s no secret that Anwar Ibrahim has friends in the US.
The difference is: is your politician colonized by other Malaysians or by foreigners again?
The latter will color his decision-making in favor of the foreign country where the first would color his decision making in favor of another Malaysian.
Which one is better? The one that makes sure the country is thriving well on transparent fundamentals.
Oh, did we just use the "transparency" word… Which government worldwide is open for the challenge to be transparent in what they are doing…
And why do we vote for this to continue worldwide?
Shouldn’t we wave bye bye to this kind of politics once and for all?
